Refund Policy

At Pumpkin and Bloom, we carefully curate high-quality faux florals and decorative vases designed to bring lasting beauty into your space. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on floral bouquets and vases within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Faux flowers must not be altered, trimmed, bent excessively, or reshaped beyond normal styling.

  • Vases must be free of scratches, chips, cracks, or damage.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with adequate protection to prevent breakage.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:​

  • Styled bundles or discounted sets

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your faux flowers or vase arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Photos Required: Clear photos of the product and packaging

Due to the fragile nature of vases, claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning vases, as Pumpkin and Bloom is not responsible for items damaged in return transit.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
